Scenario-Based Firearms Training (Force-on-Force)

Elite Training Solutions NJ also offers a non-lethal, force-on-force, scenario-based firearms training for tactically trained individuals who want to pressure-test decision-making, communication, movement, and safe weapon handling in realistic training environments. These sessions are structured, coached, and run under strict safety controls to ensure a professional and controlled learning experience.

Shield Maiden (All-Women) — Scenario-Based Training

Shield Maiden is our all-women’s scenario-based training course, built to develop confidence, awareness, and practical defensive decision-making through guided scenarios. Training is conducted in a supportive, professional environment with the same safety standards and performance expectations applied to every class.

Required Protective Gear & Dress

All participants are required to:

• Wear protective eyewear at all times during training

• Be fully clothed and equipped with the required gear for the specific class

• Follow all instructor directions regarding equipment setup, staging, and scenario rules

Safety Standards (Strictly Enforced)

Safety is non-negotiable. Every scenario-based class is conducted under enforced safety rules, including:

• Mandatory safety briefing and rule review before training begins

• Controlled training areas and clear start/stop commands

• Equipment checks and compliance requirements as directed by instructors

• Immediate correction of unsafe behavior
