Our Chief Instructor’s background is rooted in real experience. He began his career in unarmed security, working in high-energy environments such as nightclubs, where awareness, communication, and control mattered every night. From there, he advanced into armed security, gaining deeper responsibility and a stronger understanding of professional conduct, threat recognition, and the importance of consistent training.
That experience later expanded into law enforcement, including work on a warrant squad, where he was tasked with locating and apprehending individuals who were difficult to find—executing warrants assigned to him with focus, persistence, and attention to detail. He also served in a municipal township role, supporting the community through traffic detail, patrol, and security for township officials. These roles shaped the training philosophy at Elite Training Solutions NJ: stay prepared, stay disciplined, and always operate with safety and accountability.
