Basic Pistol

Service Description

Basic Pistol is an 8 hour NRA class for beginners and those seeking a certification in this discipline.  This class consists of Pistol Knowledge, Proper Handling, Safety, Firearm Maintenance (break down, clean, reassemble) and Marksmanship.  Students will participate in the classroom and live fire on a gun range.  Students will take a written exam at the end of class.  All passing students will receive a Basic Pistol ETSNJ/NRA Certification. Long sleeve, crew neck tee or sweat shirts are required.  A baseball cap is suggested but not mandatory.  New protective eye wear will be supplied to each student with a pair of disposable hearing protection.
