Customers have a 30 day return policy.  All items will be shipped with a USPS tracking number.  Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us to begin the process of return or exchange and/or refund.  Customer will be sent a paid return shipping label for item(s) in question.  ALL items must be returned in NEW Condition for a refund or exchange to be honored.
